Hi Darcy, Well I could not resist trying Chrome out. First thing folks will want to know is by default it wants to become your default browser, so uncheck this in options and in the basic section. WHen you first launch Chrome there are several buttons that are unlabeled that allow you to choose your search method or some such thing. In any case, I just chose the first button and that seemed to work. It is possible to browse using Chrome, but any table I encountered appeared to have no data; however, using Safari and accessing the same site did show data in those tables (I reported this). Chrome does seem fast, but you will not get any audible indication a page has loaded. I did not test this with having pages read automatically when they are loaded because I do not use this VO feature. So, Chrome does have possibility and will serve as a secondary browser. I am glad Google has taken steps to offer an alternative to Safari; however, I am quite happy with Safari in general. I would be curious what others think if they choose to try it out. THanks for sharing this info Darcy.
