Hi George: When you plug your iPod into the computer, you should get a dialog saying you have some things on your iPod that are not on your computer. It will ask if you want to transfer. The other thing you could do is to reinstall iTunes and start from scratch by doing the transfer from the iPod to the new library. You can then add any of those lost files by bringing them over from your PC on a flash drive.
