I was just thinking... I wonder if there is a way to somehow type on my macbook as if it were a braille keyboard. for example, the letters f d and s would be dots 1, 2, and 3, and j k and l be dots 4, 5, and 6. So if I wanted to type, say the letter d, I'd hit the letters f, j and k all together. If I wanted say an h, I'd hit the letters f, d, and k all together, etc.
Obviously, I'd want it to be global where I could do this regardless what window had fovus while still being able to maintain normal voiceover navigation. Do you all see this as something I should write apple some feedback about? I think this would be a really full-on feature, provided that there isn't already, even with a 3rd party app or keyboard layout to do this.
