Okay, I have discovered that when I hide the tool bar in Safari, I cannot enter the download window by pressing Option+Command+f then VO+right arrowing to the right to the download window button and pressing it using VO+space. IN order for me to be able to enter the download window, I have to keep the tool bar visible. Any thoughts on why this is so?
