Hi, I am Jenny and I am a brand new mac user. I can't answer your questions cause I don't know how to do those things either, but I am having the same feelings as you are. I am a former jaws user and can't seem to get the hang of Voice Over.
I just wanted you to know that I, if no one else, heard your frustration. Even though I can't answer your questions. I'm sorry I am of no use but eventually you will find someone who is of use.
