The Growl preferences are now in the menu bar near the clock. I can't seem to get to them easily. Right now, I have my mouse cursor following the VO cursor in VO preferences. I think I'm going to have the mouse move the VO cursor, and that might help with navigating the menu bar better. I hope this part of the menu bar becomes more accessible in future, and yes, I will write Apple accessibility about this.
