Hi, When I started using the mac, I knew nothing about it. I had a friend in another city that told me sort of how to use the e-mail client and that was pretty much it.
I had a hard time with Safari. It just wasn't clicking for me. It wasn't at all like windows and I couldn't get that concept rapped around my brain but it can be done. One day it will click and you'll just get it. Just keep making yourself using it and don't keep saying, "if I can do it on windows I should be able to do it like that on the Mac," it doesn't work that way. Feel free to ask the list any questions you may have. We're all here for you.
