if you have set up your address book, all your contacts are automatically 
available when you go to your "To" field. all you do is either type in the name 
of the person stored in your address book or if you happen to know the first 
few letters of the email address, mail automatically shows you a list of 
matches as used by you for various email recipients.

If I'm sending out mails to those who I need to reach, I simply use the  main 
address as the "to" field, then in the "CC" field, I add the rest of the 
addresses.

I'm sure there are other methods here but this is how I do it without 3rd party 
software.
