Hi Kirsten! A bit late on this subject! But you can also bring up your address panel with command+option+A and go to the table of addresses! When interacting with it just arrow down through the list and when you get to one you wish to use, just press enter and continue down through the list doing the same! When you get to the last address you wish to use, you do not have to press enter just stop interacting and then you can left arrow past the BCC, CC fields and land on the [To] field and just vo space on it!
