Hi, Kirsten,
VO sometimes does odd things in the "to" field of a message. It always says 
"selection deleted", probably because it is removing the highlighting from the 
first selected address and moving on to the rest of the edit field. Also, it 
does not seem to read properly when you move line by line.

Try this: once you have the addresses inserted using the steps discussed, try 
tabbing away from the "to" field, and then shift-tabbing back to it. This will 
cause VO to read the entire field. I've also just tried a test using VO-a to 
read the field and it seems to do this just fine.
