lease pardon my ignorance listers, I believe I have heard that HTML 5 is VO accessible for watching youTube videos. However, I do not understand how to make this happen. If I follow a link from another website to a youtube video I have no control. How do I get to the HTML 5 version of a video when I follow a link? I am sorry if this is not even possible. I do not know or understand these things. I do not know how to access these HTML 5 versions.
