Hello Florian, My understanding of "taking it off list" is exactly what you described in your message and I approve Kawal's suggestion. I don't want to step on anybody's toes, but perhaps you could create a new discussion list and paste a link here to invite the interested ones to join? Your idea sounds good and I definitely recommend a brainstorming session through a dedicated list to get it started.
My personal technical suggestion would be to create a sort of Wiki where everybody could post tips and tricks, whether it is digital or not, actually.
