Let's not jump to conclusions based on personal assumptions please. I never 
expressed the intention of creating something illegal here.
The link I gave for example points to an absolutely legal port of Viavoice on 
Linux.

In this case, I think we should first determine whether it is technically 
feasible or not. Wholesale licensing agreements can be negotiated afterward.
