This isn't a difficult question at all. Moving email to a new computer is, I'm
sure, quite a common problem for many and there are a couple of solutions.
Personally, I would recommend that you do the following:

1. Open up the email client on your Windows computer.
2. Locate the messages that you wish to copy over to the Mac.
3. Export (or save) them as mbox format files (the specific instructions for
doing this differ from client to client so you'll need to tell us which email
software you're using on Windows if you want us to help you). Make sure you
know where you have saved the mbox files.
4. Copy the exported messages to your Mac computer, again making sure to put
them in a location you will remember.
5. Open up Apple Mail and select "Import Mailboxes" from the File menu.
6. Choose "mbox files" from the "Import data from:" list, then click Continue.
7. Locate the files you copied to your Mac in step 4.
