Sometimes when I turn on my computer it sends me to a screen in which it asks me for my password. I enter it and then it takes me to the main screen where I see the icons but voiceover does not start and I cannot command it to start and I cannot use the apple menu because it's not there to shut it downs I have to shut it down by holding the on/off button down.
It doesn't do it every time I turn the computer on. it's just once and a wile but it gets annoying. Any suggestions? Thanks and have a great weekend.
