Hi,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you're asking how to access the 
drive that is connected via USB to the Airport Extreme.  If so, then you'll 
have to access it through the Sidebar in a Finder window.  It will be within 
the Shared section.  If you've put security on it in AU, then you'll need to 
enter the username/password, depending on which security used.
