Hello I have the 2nd gen apple tv with the updated software that the 3rd gen is using . So far I have not experienced any problems with anything . The only thing was turning on VO the first time I needed sighted assistance to go threw the menus to turn it on , however I think there may be another way to turn VO on just not sure.
