Hello Jonny, I believe that Garageband is the best option for recording with digital instruments. I can't say much for the other options, as I mostly use Garageband. I feel that Garageband is the easiest to use, but that is just my personal opinion. You would have to play around with both of them and see which works out better for you and what is the best for what you need to get done.
