sadly, logic pro 9 is not bind friendly. as I stated this in a post some months 
ago, I won't go into the why's and wherefores of it all. to make logic blind 
friendly, it requires a major rewrite of all plugins, the main arrange window, 
mixer and more.

your best option is to examine protools 10 as a system. you can get pro tools 
10 as a bundle with the AVID hardware for a reasonable price.

other than that, if you still use windows and JAWS, you would be best using 
cakewalk sonar with either the caketalking scripts from dancing dots or the j 
sonar scripts which are free and reasonably viable.

Sorry I can't give better news but if you're going to be working midi and need 
accessibility, pro tools is your best bet.
