Echo link will do just that, Mark.

I'm not licensed though.

I am gonna be hopefully soon, but not yet.

All I am wanting is a way to listen to a short wave station without needing to buy a short wave radio. Maybe if there's an app that would stream various shortwave channels, where I could get news from them, etc.
