Hello Steve,

I just had a look at that page and found that VO-Shift-m on one of the language 
links gave me useless stuff like Reload page, whereas bringing the mouse and 
doing Control-Click using the trackpad gave me the full contextual menu for a 
link.

I find that VO-Shift-m rarely works in Safari but Control-Click is pretty 
reliable.
