Mark, it comes up when you hit the control key to silence VO, as in starting to read the subject, date and all the info for an email message. If you then hit the down-arrow too quickly, intending to go to the next message, bingo! You've opened Mission control. I did this a lot in the early days of learning this keyboard. In trying to type something like VO-down-arrow, all you have to do is slightly miss a finger press and hey look! There it is again. <grin> In my case, since it was something I knew I'd never want, I sure couldn't see tripping over the thing, no matter how infrequently it happened. <grin> So that's my story.
