Hello everyone. I have been running Windows with VM Fusion for the past two years. Although it works pretty well there are problems. 1. Freedom Scientific doesn't support its applications when they are running in a Virtual Machine. If I make any changes to the VM I lose an activation. Freedom Scientific gets quite irritated when they have to reset keys too often. 2. Although Windows and MS office work pretty well in the VM, Open Book does not. 3. FS Braille Display drivers do not load in the VM. 4. I got a chance to compare performance with the VM and with Boot Camp. There is no comparison, Boot Camp performs much much better. Here are my questions. 1. Will I have any problems reading from or writing to files on the MAC partition? 2. Do any of you use Carbonite to back up both your boot camp and Mac partitions? Is the web site for Carbonite accessible? I will continue to use the MAC for ITunes. I also want to keep up with accessibility improvements in the IWork suite.
