This is so super. Thank you. My son spent time with me today and helped me so much. I discovered that my biggest issue with opening files is that I did not realize how long I had to wait before the file actually opened. I tend to be impatient and my son just kept telling me to wait and let the computer do what it needs to do. So if there are impatient souls out there, waiting is good advice. He also fixed my iTunes by completely recreating it. It was very messed up. It was not me . I was beginning to think I was a moron.
