Hello, For me, I use Fujitsu scan snap. It is not cloud based, and only works on the Macintosh. Uses ABBYY Fine Reader for OCR conversion, and comes with great scanner for $249 on Amazon.com Single sheet scanner with single, ten page, or 50 page automatic feed tray.
