Hi Andrew,

I tried to duplicate this with a spreadsheet with over 220 rows but did not get
the same result. Granted, your sheet may be more complicated than mine with
more formulas and calculations. Have you tried turning Cursor Tracking off
(fn-VO-shift-f3 when navigating through the sheet? When using this method, you
will need to do an extra step to bring focus back together but it does make the
navigation experience smoother.

With Cursor Tracking Off, there are two basic methods to navigate:

1. Navigate up or down, right or left either with VO keys down (lock them down
with VO-semi-colon if you wish) then bring things back together with
fn-VO-cmd-f4.

2. Use up/down and right/left arrows to navigate around then toggle Cursor
Tracking back on to bring focus back together. You'll need to navigate one
cell away then back again to force the focus together.

Having Cursor Tracking off also allows the fast movement to the end of your
spreadsheet without causing things to go busy.

See if this helps you at all.
