Is there a way to do traditional FTP from the terminal? I ask, because I was
only able to figure out how to ask FTP from the terminal. Additionally, the
trick with mounting the drive on the finder, I have found has only work for
some FTP servers. For example my server that I have with host gator won't allow
me to mount the FTP server on the finder, and copy files over. I can Peru's the
FTP server via the finder, but am unable to copy or paste files that way. This
is why I decided to utilize Transmit.

Thanks
