Hello Brianna,

Adobe Digital Editions works for reading ebooks, but not iBooks, on the Mac. As 
far as I know, there is no way of reading iBooks on anything but an idevice.

Adobe Digital Editions can read quite a number of DRM protected formats 
including Kobo and Nook.
