Hi, in general, I believe most, if not all apps are easier on the iPhone. This is just do to the scale down nature of the apps. I don't think the skype app for the Mac is hard to use mind you, its just more to learn as far as navigating to get where you want to go. If just wanting to quickly make a skype call, definitely the iPhone app. But, the more complex the task, I lean towards the Mac app.
