This is not necessarily a molehill. what if the German courts had sided with Samsung? this could have had repercussions worldwide. Also, it was a stay - delay till a patent ruling is completed. In other words, it isn't over yet. We need to keep looking back over our shoulders in case similar rulings could happen in the US. These patent wars can adversely affect many of us if we sit around and do nothing. We need to be concerned and keep out a watchful eye to protect our rights and the accessible improvements we all enjoy.
