Hi,

It's likely something like iCloud that is requiring your Apple ID and password. 
 You need to let us know exactly why it's asking for the password.  That is, 
what does the entire dialog say.  It's difficult to tell you how to stop that 
from appearing when there's not enough info to be specific.  There's a number 
of things that could be causing this to appear.
