Hi,

While holding down the VO keys, which are the Control and Option keys, press 
your right arrow key.  This should read whatever is within the VO cursor area.  
You primarily use the VO keys with left or right arrows to do basic navigation 
within any dialog or window.  You can also determine what windows or dialogs 
are open by using the Window Chooser which is activated by pressing VO-f2 twice 
quickly.  Simply arrow down the choices and press return on the window you wish 
to bring focus to.
