Maybe I missed it but I didn't notice an answer to this one.
Mac laptops come with two types of displays. The Retina displays are
much higher resolution, to the point where the retina of the human eye
can't actually detect the individual pixels anymore. Of course the
Retina displays are also higher cost. Non-retina displays are all the
rest of the displays.
