Hi, The MacBook Pro does include CD/DVD Read/Write drive, USB connectivity, Card Reader slot, Thunderbolt connectivity but does not include a NumPad. You would need to purchase a third party USB NumPad if you require it. Yes, the MacOS is localized for numerous languages, you'll need to check out Apple's web-site to confirm which ones are available for you.
