Hi Christopher,

Well, I was able to get the Audacity folder on my desktop. However, after
opening that folder I see an Audacity applickkation file. But when I went to
copy that file to my applications folder I am stopped there. I am unable to
copy and paste that folder into the applications folder. Not only that but
whenever I have tried to invoke the Audacity application file, I am told that
the program is not able to be opened because of settings in my security
preferences. So when I when to change my security preferences, I was warned
that my new setting leaves the computer more vonerable to security breaches or
something like that... Then a message showed up saying that instead of
changeing my security preferences, that I could do a Control click on the
application and that I would then be able to invoke the program. At least I
thing that's what it said. Anyway, I tried that and the Mac placed me back on
the desktop once again, and around and around I go! It sort of reminds me of
an old Beatles song "...when I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the
slide, then I stop and I turn and I go for a ride, when I get to the bottom
and I see you again, yah yah yah..."
So anyway what am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Blessings,
