My 2 cents: • I have all the same relevant settings as John. • I can successfully drag and drop mailboxes to the favourites bar on both my iMac and MacBook Air. Just tested now on my MacBook Air and it worked first time. • I interact with the mailbox list before dragging, but not with the mailbox itself. • I can drag and drop collapsed mailboxes such as sent, archived etcetera. However, I think I may have had to interact with them first. • I interact with the favourites bar before dropping and use VO-SHIFT-COMMA or VO-SHIFT-PERIOD to drop it before or after another mailbox in my favourites bar.
