Hi Johnathan, Do you also use Imessage? If so, There is a menu within your conversation that will allow you to launch face time from the message. I have used face time quite a lot myself & love the feature. I wish Apple would allow 1 to 1 training using face time versus having to compete with the noise of the store, while using voiceover.
