Hi Pam, I sure do, yes. And because I knew I wouldn't be able to rest until I 
worked out what caused my issue, I played some more. It turned out to be 
nothing to do with the size of the window.

While doing some testing for a project the other day, I connected the built-in 
camera to Windows in VMWare Fusion. Having done that, Windows remembered this 
and grabbed the camera every time I started Windows. So FaceTime was failing 
because it had no camera.

There's really not much to say about this, except, duh.

I agree with you a bout the training. We don't have Apple Stores in New 
Zealand, but the ones I've been in in the US are very noisy, and having a 
hearing impairment, it's a very tough environment.
