It is downloaded; each time I press "install now" (I'm on my fourth try), I get the terms to agree to, hit agree, and get the message that the update is being verified. Then, at some point, it tells me the software update is unavailable. Is this likely a problem on my end, or are their servers being jammed? My WiFi connection seems to be just fine. Christine
