To be clear, to gesture to reach the control center is the upside down of the jester to reach notification Center. Thus, tapping in the status bar line at the top of the screen and then a three fingered flick up anywhere on the screen will get to the control center. This is also true of the notification center and a three finger swipe down.
I still cannot find post to Facebook or twitter in notification Center, and don't see an easy way to do this, other than going through the App Store cells.
