Yes, a few more steps.

• VO-m to go up to the Apple menu.
• Down arrow once to open the menu and press "s" "y" to go to System Prefs.
• Press tab once.
• Press "s" "o" "u" to move to the Sound Pref button then press VO-space to 
activate the pane.

The rest should work like Ricardo mentioned:

• VO-right twice to land on the Output tab.
• VO-space to Activate.
• VO-cmd-t to go to the Table of devices.
• Up arrow lots of times to get to the top of the list.

The first one in the list should be the built-in sound.
