Well, I finally got a sighted person to select my normal output. Oddly, cmd-f5 was completely useless after that, giving me an error sound. The reason the computer didn't shut down before was that Xcode wanted me to install the new SDKs and agree to the updated license terms, which of course I didn't know. My question now is: is this a vo bug or something in OS10 itself? When using bluetooth audio, is there a way to switch back to the regular sound output device, perhaps an order of steps one must perform to stop this from happening? thanks.
