Hi, Nic, Thanks for the clarification. I knew I had a sort of basic understanding of it, and wasn’t surprised to have been a little vague on the specifics. Anyhow, I was lucky that I already had ‘all mail” enabled. I don’t know what happens when “all mail” visibility is disabled, but from all accounts, it doesn’t sound good. So after the initial ferreting out of duplicate messages, etc. Mail has settled down again. Gmail is indeed workable, but clunky. Hopefully, this issue will be dealt with soonest.
