and how do I know that the message is attached. lol!
every time I read a message I have to go see on the menu if the message
file is attached ...
that's crazy.

For the person the other day who was having issues receiving attachments in
mail, the answer is to look in the file menu now. No longer are attachments
seen in the body of messages as before: rather, they are now gotten to via the
file menu. This pertains to not only saving attachments, it applies to quick
look for mail attachments also. Now, it seems, you can’t pick and choose which
attachments to save. They just all get dumped in to the download folder. When
you click on the “save attachments…” in the file menu, the standard save dialog
window pops up. You don’t know this however, because Voice Over doesn’t focus
on it. You have to manually look for and choose the window via VO+F2 twice.
Once you are in that save dialog window, All is as you are familuar with.
