Hi I am currently downloading OSX Mavericks v 10.9. It keeps saying downloading and tells me I am on a button that is dimmed. It has been nearly 2 hours. Is this the usual time?
How do I found out how far I am through the downloading process, is there a progress indicator I can find? I can't find any indication of progress. Also, not related totally to mavericks, re downloading from the app store, I was under the impression, from the documentation, that an icon of the app that is downloaded, goes to the dock. This does not seem to be happening for me. I can manually add to the dock from the application file. Any ideas please would be appreciated.
