Well, if you interact with the two items and three items things, you will 
notice that you can see items on the page that you cannot see without 
interacting with those items.  Not everything on the page is visible on the 
surface look of the page.  So, if you see an item with a label on it that says 
something like info tab with five items, and you interact with it, you will 
notice things there that you would not see until you interact with it.  Why?  
Much of it has to do with the way the page is written and how Voice Over is 
seeing that code.  So, in other words, it’s not a bug, rather, it’s got to do 
with the new designing of pages and how we interact with it.  Same with the 
internal links.  I suspect that clicking on these internal links reveals parts 
of the page that could not otherwise be seen.  the web is not going to stand 
still for our benefit.  It’s changing, and, the way Voice Over sees and deals 
with the code must change with it and, frankly, so must our old and now 
outdated perceptions of how we understand the web.
