Well, yes. Cloud computing is really taking off, and Apple is utilizing it. I suppose you’re at a choice point now. You can stay with Mountain Lion, or go with iCloud.
Personally, I’m no more afraid of the cloud than I am of someone accessing my computer. If someone stole my computer or my hard drive crashed, I’d be in a bad situation. I don’t mind using cloud services at all, and it certainly makes syncing easier.
