There's two ways to add feed subscriptions.
The first way is to add them through a syncing service like FeedWrangler or
FeedBin, and sync these with ReadKit. This is the best way as it allows you to
sync your feeds with your iOS device.
The second way is to just click on an RSS link in your web browser of choice. I
know at least with Safari when I do this ReadKit automatically pops up and asks
if I want to subscribe to the feed.

I also recommend taking your time to explore the preferences. There are some
great customisable settings in there, including the options to easily add short
cut keys.

Some short cuts which are worth knowing are G, to view the article in full text
readability mode, and shift-A, to mark all as read.

For iOS, I highly recommend Mr Reader for iPad. It can sync with ReadKit
through services like FeedWrangler. I haven't found anything great for iPhone.
FeedWrangler for iPHone is accessible and useable, but not particularly
enjoyable to use.

Best,
Nic
