Why would you want to use I Cloud Mail on the web? I use my I Cloud Mail all the time and just access it via the I Mac or my I phone. I Cloud on the web is much better than it use to be. But I don't know what you need to do is accessible, as I only set my account and Password using the web if I have to. Sorry I can't be much help.
