Hello! What I do with my collaborations in pages is that I share the link to the file, so sighted people can use it with iCloud. In that way, we all can make changes in my document. For example, if someone starts a document and we all need to collaborate, what he or she does is send me the document, I save it in my cloud and share the link with all. Ten, I use it in an accesible way and the rest do it with the web version. The problem comes when there are more than 1 blind users, but this has not been my case yet. If that happens to be, May be Dropbox would be an idea mean while Apple fixes the cloud versions. Best
